Firm Comptroller
Suzanne Chiofolo is SilvermanAcampora’s Financial Comptroller, where she is responsible for the Firm’s financial and facilities management. In her capacity as financial manager she is responsible for projections, reports and all other treasurer functions of the firm, which include maintaining and reconciling active IOLA, Escrow, and Operating Accounts, administering payroll, overseeing timely collection of Accounts Payable, and working in conjunction with the Paralegal Administrator maintaining and properly managing all Trustee Accounts and activities through TCMS & EPIQ Systems, Inc.
Ms. Chiofolo’s duties as facilities manager would include activities such as, monitoring and maintaining staff functions, aiding the Firm Administrator with Human Resource Management, purchasing and inventory control, records storage, and overseeing the information technology and communications systems of the firm.
While at John Jay College Ms. Chiofolo was a Peer & Guidance Counselor. Currently she sits on the Alumni Board of John Jay College.
