Peter Marullo

Peter Marullo, a veteran of major Manhattan law firms, has represented major developers, banks, health care providers, and Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of high rise office and apartment buildings, major "Big Box" retail and shopping center leasing, office leasing, ground leases, construction contracts, the assemblage of parcels for development and real estate financing. Mr. Marullo has represented many financial institutions in connection with large commercial lending transactions including permanent and construction loans, IDA financing, complicated loan workouts and the sale of real estate and loan portfolios. Mr. Marullo is a graduate of Columbia College and St. John's School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor of the Law Review.
