Lynne M. Manzolillo

Paralegal Administrator

Lynne M. Manzolillo manages the paralegal staff and has over 15 years experience in assisting our attorneys in all facets of their representation of our clients, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Trustees, creditors, and Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 debtors. In her capacity as Paralegal Administrator, Ms. Manzolillo is responsible for training our paralegal and legal support staff, and the management of all Trustee financial accounts, maintenance of the Trustee Case Management System, and compilation of all reporting to the United States Bankruptcy Courts and the Office of the United States Trustee on behalf of our Trustee clients. Ms. Manzolillo works closely with the Firm Administrator and Firm Comptroller with respect to furthering the human resources function of our firm by conducting team building seminars and other training courses. Prior to becoming a paralegal, she was a manager in the Attorney Control Unit for a major banking institution.

Ms. Manzolillo is actively involved in The Lustgarten Foundation, raising funds for Pancreatic Cancer research, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Ms. Manzolillo sits on the Business Advisory Board of The Ronald McDonald House of Long Island.
