Justin S. Krell utilizes his considerable business experience as a member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group, Corporate and Real Estate Group and Small Business Group in the representation of SilvermanAcampora’s clients in corporate and other business matters.  Mr. Krell honed his business experience while working on Wall Street for major investment banks in all facets of finance, from trading operations to securities and compliance work. Mr. Krell's practice also includes all aspects of the representation of Chapter 7 Trustees, including asset sales, negotiations with Financial Institutions, and workouts with creditors. Mr. Krell's experience includes the representation of Chapter 11 debtors and creditors committees. 

During law school, Mr. Krell earned the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Remedies and received the award for Exemplary Contributions to the Quality of Student Life. Mr. Krell was the vice president of finance for the Alternate Dispute Resolution Society, where he competed in the American Bar Association’s National Negotiations Championship.
