For over forty-one years, Jack B. Friedman has practiced in the areas of trusts and estates and corporate and commercial law. His trusts and estate experience includes estate planning and administration and will and trust planning, probate filings, power of attorneys and health care directives. His corporate and commercial law experience includes the sale and purchase of commercial and residential real estate, contract and other commercial litigation, and general corporate representation. Mr. Friedman has represented many large corporations including serving as Secretary and General Counsel to a publicly traded company on the American Stock Exchange, General Counsel to large real estate partnerships and corporations, and other multi-million dollar companies for whom he has handled complex real estate, corporate, trusts and estates, and other commercial matters.
Mr. Friedman is also very active in his community. He serves as an Arbitrator for the District Court of Nassau County, past member of the Board of Directors and past president of the Rockville Centre Soccer Club, past financial coordinator of the Eastern New York State Olympic Development Boys Soccer Program, Secretary and one of the directors of Eye Cancer Foundation, Inc., and as an elected trustee and president of the Rockville Centre Public Library for 15 years. Mr. Friedman serves as the present Assistant District Commissioner and past Iroquois District Chairman of the Theodore Roosevelt Council, Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Friedman has also served as the past president of Temple B’nai Sholom of Rockville Centre and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, Mr. Friedman is Co-Chair of the Rockville Center Community United Jewish Appeal and on the Board of Directors for Friends of Long Island Wrestling.
Mr. Friedman has been an honoree of the UJA Federation of Rockville Centre.
