Its attorneys have extensive experience in representing financial institutions, real estate owners and developers, real estate investment trusts, investors, landlords and tenants in loan transactions, leasing, tax free exchanges, syndications and leaseback arrangements.

In addition to day-to-day representation of clients’ needs, the Real Estate Group handles transactional needs from the simplest to most complex sales, purchase, leasing, licensing, financing and mortgage agreements. The Real Estate Group has assisted clients in procuring Industrial Development Bond financing for real estate developments and has extensive experience in representing clients in general, limited and limited liability real estate partnership and limited liability company formation and representation.

SA’s Real Estate Group has represented a number of national and international investors who have formed private investment pools for the acquisition of interests in United States real property investments that often require an interdisciplinary approach to their resolution.
