ROBERT J. ANSELL
Robert Ansell represents institutional lenders, closely held businesses and individuals in all types of commercial disputes. He has significant trial, arbitration, and appellate experience at both the State and Federal level. He currently sits on the Brooklyn Law School Alumni Admissions Board and serves as an advisor to the Jericho High School moot court team. He has lectured to various high school students in the area of general contract and business law, lectures on judgment enforcement for the New York State Bar Association and St. Johns, Law School. He is a member of the Nassau County, New York State, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Ansell practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation.
Mr. Ansell received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1993, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bucknell University in 1990. Mr. Ansell is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
