received her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2006 (Magna Cum Laude) where she earned the CALI Excellence for Future Awards in Legal Methods, Pre-Trial Litigation, Creditors’ Rights and International Business Transactions. She was also awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence. Ms. Dioguardi received her Bachelor of Science from New York Institute of Technology in 1999 (Magna Cum Laude). She is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York as well as the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York. Ms. Dioguardi practices primarily in the areas of creditors’ rights and corporate restructuring and insolvency.
