received his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 1997 where he was a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts from California State University at Long Beach in 1994. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nosek was associated with a New York City law firm whose practice involved representation of Chapter 11 debtors and Chapter 7 trustees. Additionally, Mr. Nosek was a judicial intern for Honorable Burton R. Lifland of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Nosek is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York as well as the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Nosek practices primarily in the area of creditors' rights.
